Yes, Aeriallive is fully certified and has an extensive SPECIFIC permit with various exemptions. This means we are allowed to fly, among other things:

• above urban areas,

• near vital infrastructure such as ports,

• and near airports (under strict conditions).

We always arrange all necessary permits and ensure your drone footage is safe and fully legal. Thanks to our permits, we can carry out complex drone productions in challenging locations, without risk to safety or legal regulations.

Aeriallive is active in all of the Netherlands and internationally deployable for projects. We're centrally located in Oosterbeek, allowing us to be on-site quickly. We fully adapt to your schedule and needs, regardless of your project's location.

Yes, safety and regulations are always a priority. Thanks to our SPECIFIC permit We can lift many restrictions, but some areas still have restrictions or require specific permission. We ensure that all flights are legal and safe, including in urban or protected areas.

Absolutely! All our drone footage is completely royalty-free for commercial use once payment and delivery are complete. Ideal for marketing, corporate videos, TV productions, and films.

Yes, our services don't stop at filming. We edit videos, perform color corrections, and deliver the final product in the desired format. This ensures a professional, publication-ready result.

Drone footage depends on safe weather conditions. In case of strong winds, rain, or poor visibility, we will reschedule the shoot to a suitable day to ensure quality and safety.

A recording day includes preparation, flight time, and any rehearsals. On average, this takes 2 to 8 hours, depending on the project and its complexity.

With our DJI Inspire 3 X9 we can deliver videos in 4K, 6K and 8K resolution, both in ProRes as RAW format. Ideal for TV, professional productions, and social media. Photos can also be delivered in high-resolution RAW or JPEG, perfect for print and digital applications.

All drone footage is captured in accordance with GDPR regulations. Individuals are only filmed if legally permitted. We can advise and arrange this for your project.

How long can a drone fly during a shoot?
Flight time depends on the drone used and conditions:

• The DJI Inspire 3 X9 can handle an average 20–25 minutes per set of batteries to fly.

• The DJI Mavic 4 Pro can handle an average 40 minutes per battery to fly.

During shoots we continuously charge the drones, so that we basically can continue filming all day long. We always carry extra batteries as backup, but recharging is the standard way to film continuously.

Absolutely! In addition to video, we also offer individual drone photography, ideal for architecture, real estate, marketing, or artist impressions. Photos are professionally edited and delivered in high resolution.

After a drone recording you will receive the photos taken within 24 hours. Video recordings are edited and delivered according to the agreed schedule, depending on the complexity of the production.
