Jorrit Pit earned his Bachelor of Design degree from the St. Joost Academy in 2008. In 2004, he began working as a freelance photographer with Jorrit Pit Photography, which spawned Aeriallive. His work won first prize at the Pers Museum Amsterdam in a national competition, and in 2008, he came third in the Nikon Photo Prize. His work was also on display for a time at the Hague Photography Museum. Jorrit has turned his passions for photography and technology into his work and remains passionate about it.
